3.6 Directors’ Term of Office

Directors shall serve a term of two fiscal years.

1. a)The term of District I, III and V Directors and At-large Director I shall end in odd-numbered years
2. b)The term of District II and IV Directors and At-large Director II shall end in even-numbered years.

Fiscal years begin on July 1.
